Diversity, equity, and inclusion have to do with more than race or ethnicity. Diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures are composed of humans with varying characteristics including, but not limited to, religious and political beliefs, gender, ethnicity, education, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, and geographic location.
In order to foster racial equity, we must start with a conversation. An authentic dialogue that uncovers the ways that we, as humans block true belonging.
Through the use of storytelling, interactive exercises, and data backed evidence, Kelly Meerbott, Leadership Coach and Speaker will create a sacred space where the audience members can safely navigate their way through the emotional world of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and how to evolve from bystander to ally.
