DEI is headed towards what Gartner calls the 'Trough of Disillusionment' in the Hype Cycle and is estimated 2-5 years away from reaching the Productive Plateau. This presentation will review the forces creating disillusionment and then share the five key shifts we can make to accelerate DEI's progress. This playbook will challenge HR Leaders to think out of the box in considering a next generation approach to building and leading more inclusive and high-performing organizations.
