This session will look at contemporary workforce planning and how human resources professionals should plan for their workforce going forward. What skills will be needed? How can you transition a workforce to tomorrow's needs, and what will employment look like with various resources? This session will look past the traditional elements and focus on techniques like the transfer of knowledge between Boomers and Millennials, managing a workplace in flux and methodologies for maintaining a successful and productive workforce.
