This session will discuss what it takes to successfully implement an online HR system. 

One of the selling points of online based HR software is that it's easier to implement. The IT department's role is greatly diminished as they no longer have to worry about procuring hardware or installing and testing new software. The result is minimal IT involvement leaving HR to take a leadership role in the implementation. This session will identify and discuss the keys to a successful implementation. It is non-technical and is designed to provide practical tips for implementing a new system. This session will show you:

·         Why implementations fail, who is to blame and how to avoid them.

·         What are the key areas to focus on and how to address them.

·         How to marry process with technology and apply best practices.

·         How to take advantage of delivered system functionality.
