This session will uses ideas and exercises from improv comedy to show you how to tap into your creativity and use it to unleash innovation to be a game changer in your organization and industry. This session will show you:
- How to be more innovative and better problem solvers.
- Specific tactics you can use to lead yourself and your teams through an innovation process so you can immediately be more innovative at work.
- How to innovate within a framework and apply your creativity within the boundaries of laws, regulations, company policies, and resource limitations.
