You have the unique opportunity to hear from the Administrator of DOL’s Wage & Hour Division, Dr. David Weil! This session will review both compliance priorities and tools DOL offers to assist employers and will address new overtime regulations, recent independent contractor and joint employer interpretations, as well as employer assistance available through regional offices. This session will:
- Explain the current focus of the Wage & Hour Division.
- Provide information about employer resources at the local level.
- Provide you with an opportunity to ask Dr. Weil about your top wage & hour concerns.
