Relying on both academic research and global HR practice analysis, this session will review the major trends affecting HR in global organizations. It will discuss the increasing “uberization” of global HR and the possible disruption of major HR practices. Finally, you will review the global HR competencies and paradigm shifts that can be used to respond to disruption challenges. This session will:

  • List the major trends affecting global HR and link these trends to possible disruption.
  • Review a number of (global) HR practices which are being disrupted.
  • Formulate some behavioral shifts to respond to HR disruption.
