This session will help you identify potentially hidden HR issues that exist in your organization as well as discuss policies that can mitigate risk if proactively implemented.
You first met Helga and her wild employee problems at the SHRM Annual Conference in 2013. Every year since she has brought along with her new and even more complicated HR issues. Well, she's back again to try to help your organization! While we don't yet know for certain what Helga will confront in 2017, she seems focused on new employee relations issues and policy updates due to the every-changing nature in the legal and HR landscapes. This session will:
- Focus on uncommon HR issues.
- Examine practical, business-focused solutions that you can use immediately to solve those problems.
