This session will tackle a major question in talent management today: whether or not to keep or ditch your performance management tools. We will discuss the urgent need to create a positive focused performance culture based upon relationships and coaching that promotes retention and serves as a tool in this everincreasing war on talent. This session will address how to change performance management so that the process improves performance and retains good employees. You will learn:

  • The ramifications of ditching your performance management tools while learning about the differences between the fundamental philosophies of leading versus managing performance.
