This presentation will discuss the painful reality of HR still not being respected and appreciated equally in the C- Suite. We will explore the major progress made from being an administrative driven operation to relationship- oriented business partner. However, we focus on important steps that HR still must take in order to be truly seen and treated as an equal. How do we get adequate funding, sufficient support for talent initiatives and an overall understanding and appreciation for the value of HR within the organization? This presentation will identify seven major steps that every CHRO/ HR lead should be doing or in the process of starting to do in order to be equally respected and valued in C-Suite  discussions.
