This presentation will highlight the value of leadership traits you can use to positively influence others. The acronym “ICRELIEF” is used as a conceptual framework to present various leadership concepts germane to a professional position within an organization. These concepts can be applied to both you personal and professional life. How you react to choices, change, commitment, creativity, control, confidence, responsibility, enthusiasm, leadership, investment, expectant attitude and humor, largely determines whether you have what it takes to “Lead by Example.” You will learn, through storytelling examples,  the effect and value of a leader's enthusiastic behavior has on their staff and their organization.
