The world moves fast, with no sign of slowing down any time soon. Executive burnout shows up across diverse industries. Given the realities of our fast-paced global marketplace, how do we lessen the stress burden for mid-level organizational leaders? Sophia Kristjansson is a leadership neuroscientist, consultant, and coach who researches how stress and control affect leadership. Her research has shown that leaders with more seniority experience less prolonged stress than their junior counterparts and that that mid-level leaders can decrease their stress by better understanding how to work with their complex neural system to regain feelings of control. This presentation will help you understand how behavior solutions based in neuroscience can make a difference for your people.
