This session will show you how to build relationships of trust and influence with senior leaders. You will learn how to identify situations when you need to coach upward, and how to deliver that coaching effectively. This session will show you how to:
· Identify when coaching upward must be done, should be done, and could be done.
· Gain a clearer understanding of what “politics” really means and how to interact in a “political” environment.
· Build a strong relationship of trust and influence with senior leaders.
