Sessions

If you are interested in a one-on-one meeting on Tuesday, November 5 with representatives from the U.S. Department of State to discuss J-1 visa-related items, please be sure to select this option when completing the conference registration form.  These meetings will be held from 9 AM – Noon and will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis in increments of 20 minutes.   These meetings are intended to provide attendees the opportunity to discuss their organization’s J-1 program designations and program activities.  Specific times for each organization will be confirmed approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference.
