Mount Vernon B
Tuesday 11/05/2019 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM   Add to calendar
Intended Audience: All Levels
Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn how to develop and refine strategies for effective communication to build trust and create an environment of transparency with stakeholders in navigating an increasingly complex immigration landscape.

Explore strategies for culturally intelligent communication by building trust and creating an environment of transparency as we all navigate an increasingly complex immigration landscape. Recent immigration laws have placed strains on the complex relationship between businesses and their stakeholders. This collaborative session will offer tangible strategies that can be employed to refine the global mindset, improve the content of communications as appropriate to a specific audience while remaining authentic and consistent. Tackle tough immigration issues both from the business and employee lens with a view of managing those relationships and expectations in a climate where we often do not have control over the outcome.
