Sessions

Women often move into leadership positions because of their demonstrated ability to work hard and effectively. Known for their competence and expertise, they provide value as a doer. However, leadership requires a new lens for impact, one where leaders spend their time inspiring others toward a clear vision and activating that talent to achieve that vision through inspiration and thoughtful delegation. In this session, you will address the need to spend your time focusing on others and learn techniques that will enable you to inspire others to be great.
