Millennials currently make up more than half of the workforce, but what about everyone else? There are currently five different generations working together in the workplace. How do we create an employee experience where every single employee can thrive? In this highly interactive workshop, we'll crowdsource our assumptions, both positive and negative, of Millennials and Baby Boomers. Participants will be asked to share stories of their own personal challenges working across generations, as well as examples of successful strategies to foster inter-generational collaboration and engagement. Participants will leave with concrete takeaways they can bring to their HR teams and organizations to better attract, retain, and empower employees of all ages.
