The numbers are in and the secret is out. America is becoming far more diverse. Yet we still struggle to discuss the disparities that still exist between whites and People of Color. The fact that white children under 15 have already become a minority in their age group puts an exclamation point on the fact that the nation's diversity is percolating from the "bottom up" as the white population ages. Already the numbers show there are more non-Hispanic whites dying than being born as the average lifespan in the U.S. has declined to 78.6 years. And for the first time in America’s history, most new working-age hires in the U.S. are People of Color. The surge of minority women obtaining jobs has helped push the U.S. workforce across this historic threshold. In this dynamic keynote, James Wright will discuss the changing face of America and how this will affect our workforce and political climate.
