Sessions
Negotiation is a critical leadership skill. A good negotiator, just like a good leader, builds relationships, generates consensus, navigates tough conversations, and achieves goals. During this hands-on session, you will become a more compassionate and effective negotiator through connection with others. You will learn about the four negotiating perspectives and determine your own. To apply this new learning, you will engage in a case study where you explore negotiating for mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
