Yes! We encourage all attendees to complete one of our Advancing Women Leaders assessments, which are specifically designed for women leaders. Here’s why: As you begin the challenging work of assessing your leadership abilities and defining goals for yourself, nothing is more valuable than real data.
That’s where the Advancing Women Leaders Assessment comes in. You will be measured on your proficiency in the six competencies associated with success for women leaders.
Of course. We strive to elevate women leaders from across all industries and business profiles. If you don’t have the opportunity to attend as a group with others from your organization, we’ll match you with other individuals based on your assessment results and other factors. By the time you leave, you’ll have built strong relationships with the group you’re paired with and have professional contacts that you’ll stay in touch with long after WIL ends.

Attendees can access the app & web format for 90 days after the institute ends.
