Erich Kurschat (linkedin.com/in/erichkurschat) is the founder of Harmony Insights (HarmonyInsights.com), a company that helps individuals, teams, and organizations benefit from the DiSC personality assessment.  He is also the founder of HRHotSeat (HRHotSeat.com), an inclusive mastermind community of real HR pros solving real HR problems.  Erich draws from a broad range of experiences as a corporate HR professional, a public speaker, a career coach, a classical musician, and a proud introvert to inspire others toward meaningful work and productive workplace relationships.

Been there – done that!  With 30 years of HR and business experience – Lori has walked in your shoes.  A recovered HR Generalist, she built a consulting company that she sold to Arthur J Gallagher after 7 years and then reinvented her current business – HR Topics -  training, speaking and developing content for HR professionals.  Lori delivers facts, tips, tricks and best practices in a way that appeals to human resource and business leaders: with a sense of humor, a bias toward actions that improve their operations right away, and practical resources and tools to support their progress.  As an annual speaker at the National SHRM conference, she has leveraged her masters in HR, SPHR and SHRM-SCP background to elevate the position of all HR professionals!

Nancy Woolever, SHRM-SCP, joined SHRM in 1997 to plan SHRM’s conference, seminar, e-learning and executive education programs. In 2006, she began leading SHRM’s academic initiative to raise HR educational standards and led the test development and administration of SHRM’s student capstone exam before joining the certification team as director of exam development in 2017. In 2019, Ms. Woolever became the vice president of certification operations as overall product and project owner with responsibility for exam development, certificant care and testing administration. Before joining SHRM, Ms. Woolever held various management positions in industry and academia. Her specialty areas are test development, training and development.  Ms. Woolever holds a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in HR both from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Howard Rosenman is the Director of Operations at Core-apps, the makers the mobile app for the annual conference and many other conferences, trade shows, and events. He has worked for Core-apps for six years.

Howard and his team work with account managers, developers and other stakeholders to define and configure the various features of the app, research and solve bug reports, configure imports of data into the app, and provide support to attendees through the "support@core-apps.com" email address. 

Howard has been involved in online "apps" and software development for about 25 years, including a 10-year stint at America Online in development, quality assurance and marketing roles. The common thread through his various positions has been translating business and marketing objectives into applications and working with developers to verify and test features and issues in the apps.

Howard is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and has participated in several volunteer efforts, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area, and the "Radio Reading Service" of the public radio station in Jacksonville, FL where he was on a team that read the newspaper over a special radio frequency for sight or mobility impaired listeners.

Steve Browne, SHRM-SCP is the Chief People Officer for LaRosa's, Inc., a regional Pizzeria chain. He has 35+ years working as an HR professional in a variety of industries. He has a globally recognized HR blog and author of three books, HR on Purpose !!, HR Rising !! and HR Unleashed !! He is a past member of the SHRM Board of Directors. Steve also runs a global HR network called the HR Net which reaches 15,000+ HR and business professionals weekly.
