Richard Bronson is the Founder and CEO of 70 Million Jobs, the first national, for profit employment platform for people with criminal records. The Y Combinator company’s job board matches a community of one million plus+ active job seekers with some of the nation’s largest employers.

His career began on Wall Street, where he was a partner in the infamous Wolf of Wall Street firm, before launching his own 500-person, $100 million business. Some of the company’s actions were outside the law, and he was punished with a two-year prison sentence. When he was released, he served as Director of the prominent reentry non-profit, Defy Ventures.

Mrs. Peters has worked with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since October 2018. She previously worked for SHRM’s former affiliate the Council for Global Immigration (CFGI) in the Washington DC metro-area for nearly fifteen years, helping to advance high skilled immigration and employment verification reforms with the U.S. Congress, the White House and the federal agencies. She has served as a chair of the policy committee of the Compete America coalition. She also serves on other coalitions and working groups to educate and advance immigration system efficiencies and to ensure critical changes to employer immigration compliance are reasonable.

Lisbeth Claus, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, is a Professor of Global Human Resources at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon (USA). Prior to joining Willamette University, she held faculty and administrative positions at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and managerial positions at Safeway Inc. and Maritz Inc.

Dr. Claus has published widely in academic and professional journals on subject matters related to international and global HR management issues, and is a frequent key-note speaker at national and international HR conferences. She is considered a leading expert on issues related to employee performance management for multinational companies and organizations.

She frequently delivers multi-day strategic HR seminars in Central and Eastern Europe, Eastern Africa, and Asia for country and regional HR managers. She was the 2003 President of SHRM Global, the international division of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 2004, SHRM commissioned her to design the GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) Certification Preparation Course  She is also a Global HR Special Expertise Panel Member at SHRM. To advance the HR profession, she frequently volunteers her professional services for the establishment and development of country HR associations in emerging markets. 

Marcelo is a Lead Partner of EY People Advisory Services for Latam South Region (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguai, Uruguai). Paul is a senior partner with Eversheds Sutherland LLP and specialises in the employment aspects of acquisitions and mergers, assignment of workers, and re-organisations. Paul also has a special interest in advising on global labour law issues focussing on the movement of workers across borders, licences for temporary assignments and visa requirements.

Paul's recent experience has included: acting for a US industrial client in an application to Interpol to remove a red notice wrongly issued in Qatar against one of its global executives; advising on a European restructuring and cross-border assignment project affecting 22 jurisdictions; advising a global client on global misclassification claims arising out of the client failing to adhere to employee licensing requirements.

Paul features in the exclusive Legal 500 Hall of Fame for attorneys at the pinnacle of the legal profession who receive constant praise by clients for continued excellence.

Paul regularly provides training to clients, both in-house and on external courses and contributes to a variety of publications. Paul is featured in Chambers Legal Directory and is ranked as an Eminent Practitioner who "leads the employment department and is well known for his prowess with regard to trade union relations and executive level disputes ". Michael Hepburn counsels clients on a broad range of compensation, employment and benefits issues. Experienced in employee benefits, executive compensation and employment law, Michael advises clients on the design, administration and termination of retirement and welfare plans. Michael has extensive experience in executive compensation related matters and provides advice regarding tax, securities and employment aspects of executive compensation arrangements, including nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, and equity and equity-based compensation programs. He also handles employment, compensation and benefits issues in mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions.

Michael routinely counsels clients on labor and employment law issues, including hiring practices, employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, leave policies and practices, employment termination, discrimination charges, personnel policy review, and employment contracts. In addition, he advises business clients on consulting agreements, noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenant arrangements, as well as severance and release agreements.

Julia is a Partner at Fragomen specialising in Global Government Strategies and Compliance. She supports clients worldwide with immigration best practices, global mobility strategies and crisis management.

Julia works closely with governments and business on Brexit and provided expert evidence to the European Parliament. She has represented business at the UK Prime Minister’s immigration stock take meeting and acted as an advisor to the Home Office. Julia sits on SHRM’s Immigration Specialty Panel, the board of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Mayor of London’s Brexit Advisory Group and the Home Office EU Immigration Employer’s Group.

Before joining Fragomen, Julia was a Partner and Head of Global Immigration at PwC leading complex multi-jurisdictional client engagements.
