Kristen Howe is the Vice President Enterprise Products for SHRM Enterprise Solutions, where she oversees Product Management and Product Development. She has over 20 years of experience building and leading businesses in the leadership and development space, with a focus on leadership development, sales, coaching and facilitation.

Kristen is passionate about building products that foster inclusive behavior, positive corporate performance and business outcomes. She strives to create products that help global organizations develop key segments of their business, in both live settings and through digital platforms. She empowers teams by developing smart and efficient processes designed to utilize the individual skills of every team member, all while optimizing overall performance.

Kristen is a highly sought-after leadership consultant and speaker, with a deep expertise in Advancing Women Leaders and Inclusive Leadership. She has delivered programs and keynotes to thousands of leaders globally at organizations such as the Chief HR Officer Exchange, The Chief Learning Officer Exchange, Constellation Brands, The Tata Group, Western Union, and Texas Instruments, among others. She is also an emcee at Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute™, an immersive experience which attracts more than 1,400 women leaders across the globe each year.

Background & Experience:

Prior to joining Linkage, Kristen spent the last decade growing businesses within Corporate Executive Board (CEB), now Gartner. During her time there, she led multiple teams across the Talent Solutions business, focusing on conceptualizing, building, selling and delivering talent solutions based on CEB data. She also ran CEB’s Leadership Academies business, which developed more than 30,000 professionals at 2,100 companies throughout 50 countries; Kristen was consistently recognized as one of the top managers and coaches across the entire firm.

Education & Training:

Kristen previously served in a variety of roles including global facilitator, consultant and engineer. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.

He is the author of the national bestseller, RESET: A Leader’s Guide to Work in an Age of Upheaval, which immediately upon its release in September 2021, was in the top three of The Wall Street Journal’s list of best-selling hardcover business books.

Mr. Taylor is a member of the United Way Worldwide Board of Trustees and serves on the corporate boards of XPO Logistics (NYSE: XPO), Flores & Associates, and Guild Education. He previously served on the White House American Workforce Policy Advisory Board and as chairman of the President's Advisory Board on Historically Black Colleges and Universities during the Trump Administration.

The Women Business Collaborative (WBC) named Mr. Taylor as one of its 2023 Trailblazers in Gender Equity and Diversity for his work to achieve equal position, pay and power for all women in business. In 2020, he received the Distinguished Executive of the Year Award from the Academy of Management, and he was named 2021 ALA Professional Society CEO of the Year by CEO Update.

Mo Fathelbab is founder and president of International Facilitators Organization, which provides training, certification, marketing services, education, and community for peer group facilitators and group facilitation services to businesses, organizations, and associations. Additionally, he is the founder and president of Forum Resources Network, LLC, a leading peer-to-peer learning and facilitation provider, and co-founder of Harvard Business School Alumni Forums. Mo is the author of two best-selling books, Forum: The Secret Advantage of Successful Leaders and The Friendship Advantage – 7 Keys to Building Relationships that Transform Culture and Drive Productivity. 

For nearly three decades, Mo has been at the forefront of creating and advocating peer groups and building communities. Mo previously served as executive director of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (1991-1997), where he launched hundreds of CEO peer groups and grew the organization from 100 to 2,000 global members. 

Personally, Mo is dedicated to health and fitness. He loves skiing, sailing, yoga, and stand-up paddle boarding. He has completed three marathons, an Ironman, and, in 2018, placed first in USA Yoga’s Midwest regional championships for men over 50. Mo serves on the boards of Young Presidents’ Organization Washington and Baltimore Gold Chapter and Beyond CEO Coaching. Mo lives in Alexandria, VA with his much better half, Sally, and their son, Eli. 

Jenn Graham is the Founder and CEO of Inclusivv, bringing diverse voices together for impactful conversations. As a designer, community organizer, and entrepreneur, she has built Inclusivv into the "go-to" resource with a library of over 50 topics and a global action platform. Jenn’s leadership earned Inclusivv a finalist spot in the 2022 SHRMLabs Better Workplaces Challenge Cup. Her TED talk on finding common ground highlights how conversation can bridge differences. Recognized as a “2020 World-Changing Woman in Conscious Business” and the Atlanta Business Chronicle's “Small Business Person of the Year – Rising Star” in 2019, Jenn drives social change through meaningful dialogue. 

Susan J. Schmitt Winchester is the past Chief HR officer for Applied Materials, a Fortune 150 Silicon Valley company, and Rockwell Automation. She is an author, keynote speaker, and HR consultant, known for her book, “Healing at Work: A Guide to Using Career Conflicts to Overcome Your Past and Build the Future You Deserve”, with co-author Martha I. Finney.
Susan is a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources, representing the highest professional honor for leaders in HR. Susan is an Emeritus member of the HR Policy Association and sits on the Executive Committee of the Peer Roundtable for CHROs.

Charlene is the New York Times bestselling author of six books, including The Disruption Mindset, Open Leadership, and the critically acclaimed Groundswell. Her latest book, Winning with Generative AI: The 90-Day Blueprint for Success, lays out a master plan for generative AI strategy.

Charlene earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. degree magna cum laude from Harvard College. In her spare time, she teaches her beloved cat new tricks.

Jennifer has 20 years of experience building and leading businesses in the leadership space. Prior to Linkage, Jennifer spent a decade growing businesses within Korn Ferry and Corporate Executive Board (CEB), now Gartner. At CEB, she led product management within the leadership division, driving innovative solutions that helped organizations select, develop and place leaders at all levels. She also ran CEB’s Leadership Academies business, which developed more than 30,000 professionals in 2,100 companies throughout 50 countries and grew revenue at a 97% combined annual growth rate across five years. 

Previously, Jennifer served as CEO of IntraVision, a leadership consultancy she founded and grew over the course of eight years. She worked with public companies, start-ups, associations and nonprofits. Her passion is creating vision, executing strategy and managing cohesive teams toward aspirational goals, with a special focus on supporting women in leadership roles.

She is an avid tennis player and skier, and lives in Bethesda, MD, with her husband and three children.
