Whitney Warner, SPHR is a Partner with the labor and employment law firm of Moody & Warner, P.C. Her practice includes representation of both employers and employees. Ms. Warner was named one of the Best of the Bar 2010 by New Mexico Business Weekly. She was awarded the 2009 Professional Excellence Award by SHRM of NM, the state’s top honor in the HR field. Joseph (“Joe”) Beachboard is a nationally recognized employment lawyer who also closely tracks the most important developments at the U.S. Supreme Court impacting the business community. He has more than 30 years of experience representing management in a wide variety of employment and labor matters in perhaps the most challenging state in the nation for employers – California.  Mr. Beachboard speaks regularly before human resource and employer groups on cutting edge employment law topics.  He is a member of SHRM and has been an annual presenter at both the SHRM Annual Conference and the Employment Law and Compliance Conference for two decades.  Mr. Beachboard is frequently quoted in such leading publications as HR Magazine, National Law Journal, Los Angeles Times, NY Times, HR Executive and Workforce, and has been published in dozens of legal and business journals. Throughout his career in Los Angeles, Mr. Beachboard has represented dozens of studios and entertainment properties.  He cites his most interesting project as working with the cast and crew of the television show The Office, from its pilot through the final season.

Megan Lee,  has more than 10 years of experience developing human resource departments, creating programs to improve business operations, directing executive-level training programs, and establishing flexible workplaces.  As a human resource professional with experience in software development, service/hospitality and federal government contracting industries, Megan has worked with diverse employee populations within multi-unit environments.  These experiences have provided her with a unique understanding and appreciation of employee needs and for being known as a trusted business partner. 

A proponent of flexible work, Megan was a featured speaker at the Work Life & Flexibility Expo and has helped numerous human resource professionals develop their own flexible work programs.  In her current role as Director of Human Resources for Architecture Technology Corporation (ATCorp), the organization has become a leader in workplace flexibility.  In 2012 and 2013, ATCorp was awarded the When Work Works Award (formerly the Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility) as awarded by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Families and Work Institute (FWI).  ATCorp has also been named a 2014 When Work Works finalist.  In addition, ATCorp is recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2014 as awarded by Minnesota Business Magazine. 

Ms. Moulton heads the human resources and administrative division of ACDI/VOCA. As a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR), Ms. Moulton brings to ACDI/VOCA a depth of knowledge and experience in organizational management. She joined ACDI/VOCA in April 2006 after serving as vice president and deputy director of human resources at ICF International, Inc.; director of human resources and administration at Caliber Associates, Inc.; manager of human resources development at American Institutes for Research; and senior personnel consultant at Tangent Corporation. She earned her M.S. in applied behavioral science with a concentration in organizational development at the Johns Hopkins University and B.S. in psychology at the University of Maryland University College. She served on the board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum from 2011–2013. In 2012 she was a finalist in the Human Resources Leadership Award in Innovation and a recipient of the Dr. J. P. London Award for Promoting Ethical Behavior. In 2013 Ms. Moulton was awarded the InsideNGO Operational Excellence Award in Human Resources.

Nancy Kasmar is a Principal of Compensation Connections. Ms. Kasmar has over 25 years of management experience in addition to eight years in human resources.  She received her Master of Science degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Certificate in Management from the University of California, San Diego. Nancy holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation with an additional certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).  She is also certified as a SHRM-SCP. 

Over the past seven years Nancy has worked with hundreds of companies throughout North America as a compensation consultant.  She is the 2105 Certification Director for the Washington State HR Council. She was the 2014 President of Lake Washington Human Resource Association, a local SHRM affiliate with nearly 1,400 members.
