JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink, a human resources consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN. They serve a wide array of organizations with recruiting, HR consulting, leadership training, and HR outsourcing services.

JoDee serves on the Indiana SHRM State Council and is the chair of the Indiana SHRM conference.

Josh Gottesman is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Orthodox Union. He plays an integral role in all people strategies, global recruitment efforts, professional development activities, and compliance across the organization. He has been a corporate trainer and facilitator for 7+ years and is especially skilled at building effective, productive, and working relationships with client and staff. He has an MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology and HR Management and is a Senior Certified Professional in the Society for Human Resources Management.

Sally Windisch's professional journey highlights her commitment to advancing inclusion, equity, and diversity in the workplace through research and collaboration. As a Researcher at SHRM, Sally collaborates with SHRM Foundation and external stakeholders to bring forward research-based solutions for integrating Untapped Talent Pools into the workforce and supporting their success.

Before joining SHRM, Sally served in a variety of research roles at organizations such as San Diego State University's Action Research on Community Health Equity and Stigma Lab (ARCHES lab) and public health agencies.

Sally graduated from San Diego State University's School of Public Health with an MPH in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science and a BS from California State University East Bay.

Nicole is an award-winning social entrepreneur. As a 2018 People’s Liberty Haile Fellow, she founded Ellequate—a leading data-informed employer certification and cohort-based leadership program for workplace equity. For over a decade she developed design and brand strategy for mission-driven organizations around the globe. Before founding her company, she practiced social innovation, applying the principles of human-centered design to complex challenges alongside those most impacted by inequity. Nicole holds a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati and an MA from Suffolk University. She is a member of the Cincinnati Business Courier's Forty Under 40 Class of 2020.
