This session will examine the new health care reform bills from the perspective of employers – what is changing and just as importantly, what is likely to remain the same.
Obamacare hit variable hour employers hard. Determining which employees were full-time and eligible for an offer of insurance was cumbersome, and reporting it with the 1094-C and 1095-C was even worse. This session will review what is changing as well as what is likely to remain the same with the new health care reform bills. This session will help you:
