This session will discuss how to use technology and a structured approach to ensure that large amounts of tacit and technical knowledge do not escape your organization, but are captured and transferred. During this session you will learn:

- How to identify knowledge holders, design transfer methods, create measurable action plans, and prepare and develop knowledge recipients.
