When a complaint is made it’s imperative that HR respond in a timely and thorough manner. A sound investigation can frequently reduce liability and the quality of your investigation is critical. During this intensive workshop, you’ll learn from a seasoned attorney investigator the key elements of an investigation, tips for asking questions and eliciting information from witnesses, dealing with hostile and other witnesses, and making important credibility determinations.
