Organizations are competing for talent; it is time to step up the game and get real! When a candidate asks, “Why should I work for your organization?,” OR when an employee asks, “Why should I continue to work for this organization?”, are you prepared to respond? Compensation and benefits are important, but what makes your organization unique to attract candidates and retain talent? This session asks tough questions and gives practical action steps to promote the employment brand in good times and in times of crisis.
