This practical interactive breakout will provide a fun opportunity for the Workplace Allies to give the wider SHRM audience an overview of the Optimize journey content in a fast-paced, engaging, interactive session. Optimize journey participants will attend to review and consolidate learning to date. The objective of the session is to show participants gender collaboration best practices to advance women’s leadership, retention, and equality.
