Workplace Application:
Using real-world cases, this session will show the need for a thorough, objective Fitness for Duty/Risk Assessment to reduce workplace violence.
Wilson will review the current statistics of incidences of workplace violence, topologies of workplace violence, risk instruments and consequences of violence at work. She will discuss the difference in clinical versus forensic evaluations and why choosing the right expert is critical to a thorough and objective Fitness for Duty/Risk Assessment evaluation. The need for objective psychological testing and the importance of using the MMPI-2 in Fitness for Duty Exams will also be examined.
