This program will reveal best practices in managing I-9 and E-Verify obligations as well as an update on the latest changes in I-9 and E-Verify practices.
In light of increasing I-9 and E-Verify enforcement, you must ensure that your hiring policies and practices conform to the latest federal and state rules while being careful to dodge potential employee anti-discrimination claims. This interactive session will explore the latest changes in I-9 and E-Verify practice, and provide best practices from the trenches for surviving a government audit. You will also learn how to balance worksite compliance with onboarding efficiency by developing a strategic (and flexible) I-9 and E-Verify compliance policy.
