Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Uche was an associate at a large law firm with a well-regarded and sophisticated human capital and benefits practice.  In that role, Uche assisted clients with the design and administration of health and welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, and executive compensation plans and agreements.
