As the Retirement Benefits Manager for Boehringer Ingelheim USA Corporation, Jill has responsibility for operations, communications and compliance for all retirement benefits for the Company’s domestic workforce.  Jill joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2006, and brings over 30 years of experience in the benefits industry.  Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Jill was the Benefits Manager at Schott North America, Inc. and a supervisor at Madison Pension Services, Inc.

 

Over the past few years, Jill has overseen the development of a series of retirement education offerings, tools and resources for Boehringer Ingelheim’s diverse workforce.

  

Jill is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), PHR and SHRM-CP designations.

Maria Greco Danaher regularly represents and counsels companies in employment related matters. She specializes in representing management in labor relations and employment litigation, and in training, counseling, and advising human resource departments and corporate management on these topics. Maria has first chaired trials in both federal and state courts since 1986, and regularly instructs attorneys and students in issues related
to trial tactics.
 
In addition to her litigation experience, Maria regularly acts as a “neutral” for the local federal court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, and was a co-drafter of the local rule related to ADR. Marie LaMarche, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the CHI Franciscan Division Director of Labor Relations in Washington State, managing and guiding Labor Relations for nine hospitals, 21 union contracts and over 14,000 employees.  She was promoted last year from an Executive Director of Human Resources for Harrison Medical Center, where she directed all aspects of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Employee Health for two hospitals and 21 physician offices.  She holds a BA degree in Psychology and an MBA.  Marie is also an avid SHRM volunteer having held roles and volunteered at a chapter, state and national level.  She has served on the SHRM Labor Relations Expertise Panel for four years, and prior to that on the Employee Relations Expertise Panel.  Last year Marie helped to develop content and material for a SHRM pre-conference workshop on Labor Relations for the non-labor HR practitioner. She has written articles for HR Magazine, and has been interviewed for many publications including ASHHRA’s HR Pulse.  She is frequently asked to present at community events and has presented at several West Sound Human Resource Management annual conferences.
