Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law  and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a national background screening company.  He is a consultant, writer, expert witness  and frequent presenter nationwide on pre-employment screening. He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” (3d Edition 2017/826 pages), the first comprehensive book on background screening.  He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA),  served as its first co-chair and received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.

As Chief Marketing Officer at iCIMS, Susan Vitale is ultimately responsible for shaping and sharing the iCIMS story across various audiences, including prospective and existing customers, the media, industry thought leaders, employees and candidates. She is also responsible for iCIMS’ brand strategy across public relations, events, advertising, product marketing and content marketing.

After graduating from Lehigh University in 2005, Vitale began her career as a marketing coordinator at iCIMS. She quickly grew alongside the company, becoming the director of marketing, and by the age of 30 was promoted to chief marketing officer.

Vitale takes pride in converging the worlds of recruitment and marketing, and incorporating this passion into the company’s own recruitment marketing strategy. Given iCIMS’ role in talent acquisition, she has a deep understanding of how to effectively manage recruitment advertising investments, social recruiting strategies, candidate relationship management (CRM) and recruitment events. Becky Rupiper-Greene is a Senior Training and Image Consultant for Tero International. She joined the Tero Team in 2006, and was designated a lead Tero trainer in 2009.

Becky brings to Tero over 20 years of expertise in visual communication and perception management. Becky is a graduate of the Fashion & Art Institute of Dallas and is certified through the London Image Institute. She is the region's only Image Consultant professionally certified by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). Working with clients in group settings and as an executive coach, Becky has assisted corporate employees, politicians, college students, and entrepreneurs reach their full potential through the increased credibility and confidence that result from projecting well-developed visual and verbal presence.

In 2007, Becky was certified as an administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Upon certification, Becky began training groups for Tero across industries in Building Customer Relationships, Sales and Service and Team Building by interpreting and using the MBTI personality assessment tool. Under Becky’s direction, clients learned how to use the MBTI for understanding individual differences and uncovering more effective ways to interact with others to achieve outcomes.

Becky was a key member of the development team for the redesign of Tero International’s Beyond Compromise, Win Win Negotiations course in 2008 and Influence: How To Achieve Winning Outcomes in 2011. Serving as co-trainer for the eleven pilot trainings to solidify and customize the redesign, Becky went on to become a lead Negotiations trainer in 2009, and has delivered customized versions of this curriculum, as well as the influencing outcomes curriculum to sales professionals, project engineers, and procurement professionals across numerous industries.

Carol Fishman Cohen works closely with employers to create reentry internship programs for returning professionals. Her TEDx talk “The 40-Year-Old Intern” makes the case for why reentry internships are the most effective way to engage with the high caliber pool of talent returning from career break, and what this means for other non-traditional career transitioner populations. A graduate of Harvard Business School and mother of four, Carol’s return to work at Bain Capital after 11 years out of the full-time workforce is documented in a Harvard Business School case study. She speaks globally about career reentry strategy and is frequently quoted on the topic in the national press.

Milton J. Perkins, PhD ABD, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPC, is the chief accountability and human resources officer for Vanguard Integrity Professionals, a leader in cybersecurity software and solutions. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Workforce Solutions for Agile•1 (HR consulting practice leader). Other positions Milton has held are the recruitment/staffing practice leader for EDS/ExcellerateHRO, managing director for Kaufman, VonStuben & Associates and the global talent acquisition leader for Hewitt Associates. Milton has a tremendous wealth of practical, research, teaching and consulting experience in human capital strategies, tactics and initiatives. He was also the SHRM’s director, North Central Region, responsible for facilitating strategic planning and providing advice and counsel to the Society’s volunteer members and leaders. He has been teaching SHRM courses for nearly 15 years.

Milton is completing his PhD (2015) research in Organizational Management – Human Resources, focusing on the topic of Environmental Variables Impacting Virtual Employee Engagement. He received his Masters of Science in Human Resources, as well as Bachelors of Science in Management, Computer Information Systems. He holds certifications as a SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CPC. He has completed human resource leadership studies at the Disney Institute, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Executive Leadership Development Program at Babson College, and the PDI Assessment Center.
