Will Knecht is the CEO of Wendell August, America's oldest and largest forge, producing hand-wrought ornamental giftware in aluminum and other metals since 1923. On March 2010, two days after receiving its largest order ever, a fire destroyed millions of dollars in equipment and materials, their offices and their flagship store. Instead of ceding to the devastation, Wendell August Forge upped its workforce, struck distribution deals with 600 stores nationwide and broke ground on a new facility. While Will Knecht credits divine intervention and a supportive staff and community for his company's revival, he said rising from the ashes challenged him to take Wendell August Forge higher than it had ever been before. "We were forced to rethink how we did business and what we were as a company. We already had a solid foundation of incredible customers and loyal employees, but suddenly we had an absolute blank canvas to paint on," Will says. "Our insurance team told us to prepare to be out of business for nine months. But the team, the community, all of Western Pennsylvania rallied together, and we had the workshop up and going in five days."

Steve Fussell is Executive Vice President, Human Resources. He has led Human Resources at Abbott since 2005. Mr. Fussell joined Abbott in 1996, as Divisional Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. He was promoted to Vice President, Compensation and Development in 1999, and to Senior Vice President, Human Resources in 2005. Jamie Naughton joined Zappos.com, Inc. in 2004 right after the company relocated from the bay area to Las Vegas. Her role is essential in creating and driving the architecture of the dynamic culture as well as focusing on culture R&D to ensure Zappos.com always stays relevant to both the employees and their customers. Rob Harkins leads the Willis initiative for private exchanges, which focuses on a Defined Contribution approach and emphasizes cost control through a total population health management strategy. Harkins has over 30 years of experience at medical carriers, including UnitedHealthcare, Coventry and Prudential. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales for Extend Health, the nation’s largest private exchange.

Erika Philpot is the Assistant Human Resources Director at Coconino County in Northern Arizona.  Erika’s background includes work in the public, private, and non-for-profit sectors across many divisions including recruiting, retention, classification, compensation, training, benefits, and employee relations.  Since Erika began at Coconino County in 2007, the innovative HR team has been recognized with eight awards including a Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award, Arizona Mature Worker Certification and AARP Best Employer for Workers Over 50.  Erika received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University.  She also holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a member of SHRM.
