Jeremy Eskenazi, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMC is Managing Principal of Riviera Advisors, Inc., a global Human Resources management consulting and training firm that helps organizations improve, enhance and optimize their internal talent acquisition and recruiting capabilities.

Prior to founding Riviera Advisors in 2001, Jeremy spent almost 20 years leading talent acquisition and recruiting teams at Universal Studios, Amazon.com, and Idealab. Kendall D. Isaac previously was an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he taught a general practice/law practice management course. Prior to teaching, Isaac owned The Isaac Firm LLC, a law practice that concentrated on employment law and mediation matters and also served as a new-lawyer incubation center that trained new lawyers on how to start and build their own practice. Isaac has also worked for Reminger LPA, a large regional law firm with offices in Ohio and Kentucky, where his practice focused on employment law and workers' compensation defense. Before his legal career, he held employee relations and human resource management roles for Fortune 500 companies Abbott Laboratories and Bisys/Citigroup. He graduated from The Ohio State University with his bachelor's in rhetorical communications and graduated Order of the Curia from Capital University Law School with his law degree and a concentration in labor and employment law. His primary research interests involve the advancement of mediation theory and practice, especially in the realm of workplace disputes, and trends relative to the growth and development of "lawyerpreneurs."

Steve brings over fifteen years of experience in the implementation of complex human resources technology solutions for global enterprise clientele. Currently, Steve is a Co-Chair, HR Technology Conference for LRP Publications.

Steve is also a leading HR blogger and hosts both “HR Happy Hour” a popular radio programs dedicated to opening the lines of communication among thought leaders, practitioners and service providers in the global human resources field. He has also been invited to speak at numerous HR and industry events like the HR Technology Conference, the HR Executive Forum, and several regional SHRM events. Lisa Carlton is the Director of Compensation and Benefits/HRIS/Payroll at Stormont-Vail HealthCare, an acute care health system located in Topeka, Kansas. She has over twenty-five years experience in HR management and administration for both profit and non-profit organizations. Lisa is currently a member of the SHRM HR Disciplines Special Expertise Panel and has served as SHRM State Council Director and Chapter President in the past.
