Matt is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – one of the nation’s leading pediatric healthcare systems and consistently ranked as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Fortune magazine. With the support of a strong team, Matt is working to evolve and optimize the recruitment platform at Children’s.

Prior to working at Children's, Matt helped reshape talent acquisition at Ericsson, the world's leading provider of communications technology and services, operating in 180 countries and employing more than 100,000 people. In his five years with Ericsson, Matt lived in both Australia and Singapore. He drove innovation in the employer branding, sourcing and recruitment strategy for Ericsson regionally and globally.

He has past experience as a senior strategy consultant with a U.S. recruitment communications firm, helping leading organizations implement innovative employer branding and digital strategies to attract top talent. Matt is a graduate of The Florida State University in the USA. He is an author and featured industry speaker on best practices in Talent Management at international HR events.

Don Delves has over 20 years of consulting experience. In 2002, he founded The Delves Group, a Chicago-based consultancy dedicated to working with boards, compensation committees, senior executive teams, and sales forces to improve their effectiveness and the way they are organized, directed, and rewarded. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and recently served as president of the Chicago Compensation Association.

Prior to founding The Delves Group, Delves was the Managing Director of the Chicago office of iQuantic, a Senior Consultant at Sibson and Company, and an executive compensation consultant with Towers Perrin. He has also served as a manager in personal financial planning and taxation with Arthur Andersen & Co., and as a financial consultant for Harris Bank. Delves is a recognized expert on corporate governance, executive and sales force compensation, incentive design, performance measurement and value creation, and writes and speaks regularly on these subjects.

Elizabeth Moore is the Vice President of Development of Holmes Corporation and manager of the SHRM Learning System. She has over 25 years of combined Product Management, Project Management, and training and development experience.  She has managed the design and development of SHRM certification and education courses for over 10 years, working directly with HR experts, employers, educational partners, instructors and students from around the globe. Elizabeth’s insights and expertise have helped shape the SHRM Learning System into the premier HR Certification preparation resource and advanced the careers of thousands of HR professionals worldwide.  

Mike Aitken has worked at SHRM since 2003 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs. Prior to joining SHRM, he served for 14 years as associate director for Governmental and External Relations at the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). Previously, Aitken worked on state public policy issues at Bonner & Associates, a public affairs firm in Washington, DC. Currently, he is based in Alexandria, VA.
