An accomplished entrepreneur in talent acquisition and technology, Terry continues to build on more than 25 years of experience in the recruiting industry with his latest endeavor, NXTThing. A recognized leader in the talent acquisition field, Terry has founded and grown several highly successful enterprise recruiting brands. He leverages his wealth of industry expertise and strategic vision to build successful businesses that increase opportunity for all.

Before founding NXTThing, Terry was president of ADP Talent Acquisition Solutions. He led 1,000 ADP associates globally to ensure ADP clients benefited from HCM services, including RPO, screening and selection, ADP Recruiting Technology, I-9 verification, and AIRS.

Previously, Terry had founded Selective Staffing Inc., which he sold to Aon in 1998, and in 2003, he founded The RightThing, which he sold to ADP in 2011. Terry received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Findlay in 2005.

For Terry, life’s most rewarding when experienced through meaningful relationships. Terry is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a recognized industry speaker.

Bree Bacon is the Vice President & General Manager of Employer & Individual at eHealth, your health insurance matchmakers. Before eHealth, Bree held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and General Mills.  She has her MBA in marketing strategy & analysis from Duke University and her BA in Business | Economics & Music from Wheaton College.   A cancer survivor herself, Bree is passionate about eHealth’s mission to match businesses with quality healthcare plans employees will love at a price employers can afford.

Nina M. French is the Executive Vice President & GM of Occupational Health at AZOVA Health.  She has more than 30 years of experience in the employee screening industry and a deep understanding of drug testing program design, policies, state laws, federal regulations, product development and supporting technologies. In addition to executive leadership roles both at one of the largest Third-Party Administrators in the industry and a product innovation firm, Nina has served as a board member of DATIA and industry advisor to TPAs and CRAs across the country at her prior consulting firm. 

Tina Strandell, Vice President of Product Management, has been with Fidelity Investments for 5 years, establishing strong data integration and partnerships between HR/Payroll providers and Fidelity’s employer benefits offerings. Over the past decade, she has successfully led teams in both service and product, supporting HR/Payroll systems. 

With a diverse professional background spanning over 20 years, here her career journey began as a 4th grade teacher before transitioning to work for the United States Air Force. Today, Tina’s passion is to simplify processes, and specialize in finding innovative solutions to reduce client administrative burden when managing data between HR/Payroll systems and Fidelity products. Tina’s vision is to enhance employer and employee experiences by enabling real-time data sharing.

As a subject matter expert in both HR and technology, Chaitanya's experience as an HR consultant has equipped him to understand the specific needs of the HR tech market. After graduating from law school, Kahina first immersed herself in the world of international law and dedicated herself to tackling global issues. For many years, she led initiatives focused on international law, working in four languages across many different continents.

Driven by the desire to ignite collective action, she progressively – and then passionately – focused her work on organizations and the people behind them.

Through her role as Chief People Officer, Kahina continues to be driven by her ambition to make the world a better place, one organization at a time. Kahina is a lawyer by training and was a member of the Québec Bar from 2008 to 2022, having obtained both her law degree (LL.B.) and a Masters in International Law (LL.M.). She also studied international relations at the Universidad de Cádiz in Spain. Before joining Workleap, Kahina held strategic consulting and international law management leadership positions at organizations including the Canadian Red Cross, Lawyers Without Borders and PwC.
