Steve was named the PRNews Blogger of the Year in 2011, was a finalist for the same award in 2012 and is a regular contributor to Inc.com.  He was also recently named one of Northeastern University’s 100 most successful alumni, and his podcast, RepChatter, has also won a Silver SABRE from Holmes. As co-founder and managing partner of Peppercomm, he is responsible for overall agency direction and management, new business development, new product development and agency marketing.

Along with strategic consultant Dr. Richard Harte, Steve has written a book on sales, What’s Keeping Your Customers Up at Night? and is also one of the CEOs featured in Donald Trump’s book Trump: The Way to the Top.

Steve has appeared on CNBC and APRadio, and has been profiled in media ranging from Advertising Age and Investor’s Business Daily to MSNBC and BusinessWeekOnline. He is a member of the PRSA Counselors Academy’s executive committee, the Corporate Communication Advisory Board of Baruch College, the Civilian Corporate Affairs Committee at West Point, the Arthur W. Page Society, The Northeastern University Corporation and the College of Charleston’s Department of Communication Advisory Council.

He is an avid ice, rock and alpine climber, having summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Matterhorn and several Rocky Mountain 14ers. He’s also a professional comedian and regularly performs at the New York Comedy Club.  Through a combination of long-distance cycling, comedy shows and other events, Steve has personally raised over $50,000 for both the Young Survival Coalition and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

The agency was named after his family’s dog, Pepper.

Clayton even has recorded some music with his band, PokerFace, and his a cappella doo-wop group, Stackin' Forty-Fives. This is a guy you really have to see to believe! Clayton was born in Baltimore, MD but makes his home in New York City where he has been an Orioles fan in New York for ten years. Take pity on him.

Native San Franciscan and SF Giants fan, Tiffany Libiran joined the Zappos Family Recruiting Team 2 years ago and has been enjoying her role in the technical space supporting the Information Technology and Development teams. She is easily amazed by reading code and engaging in  Java based conversations with her managers and can be found on weekends riding one of her collectible beach cruiser bicycles in Downtown Las Vegas. Inga Fong, SPHR, GPHR, is an HR Content Manager for the HR Certification Institute. Inga is responsible for HR content management and directing the development of the GPHR, HRMP and HRBP exams. She has more than 15 years of specialized and generalist human resource experience in across multiple industries including, IT consulting, media, software development and publishing. She holds an B.S. in Management from New York University, a MBA degree with a concentration in International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and both the SPHR and GPHR certifications.

Heloisa Machado holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas/RJ and an MBA from Coppead/UFRJ. She has been working at TV Globo for 20 years, having also worked at Casa da Moeda - the company that produces Brazilian banknotes, coins and other security products - and Petrobras - an integrated energy company and leader of Brazilian oil industry. Heloisa is an HR Director at TV Globo - the biggest Brazilian broadcast TV network and one of the world’s largest, acting as a Senior Business Partner for most of business areas, providing HR solutions that make strategy achievement possible as so as specific directions to the whole Human Resources Area. She is also responsible for Executives´ Development Competence. In 2007, Heloisa was chosen the Professional of the Year by ABRH-RJ and received the Luiz Carlos Campos People Management Premium.
