Cathy Carothers is Co-Director of Every Mother, Inc., an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and the national project coordinator for the U.S. Health and Human Services initiative, "The Business Case for Breastfeeding." She has coordinated numerous national breastfeeding initiatives for various branches of the federal government, and has provided more than 350 workshops in the field of lactation in every U.S. State and several foreign countries. As the author and lead trainer for the national "Business Case for Breastfeeding" project, she assists businesses with complying with the new federal legislation requiring lactation support for breastfeeding employees.

Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. He has degrees in industrial relations from Cornell University and in labor economics from Oxford where he was a Fulbright Scholar. Professor Cappelli’s recent research examines changes in employment in the U.S. and practical implications for talent management, employee development, and retention. His book Managing the Older Work (with Bill Novelli) from Harvard Business dispels myths about older workers and describes how employers can best engage them.

Dr. Sheri Caldwell received her MBA and Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Toledo.

Sheri is the former Vice-President of Human Resources at Hickory Farms and currently the HR Director at UT Physicians, as well as teaching undergraduate through Ph.D. level HR courses at The University of Toledo, Lourdes College and Sullivan University.

She is a past president of the Toledo Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA) and is on several boards and has received numerous awards for leadership and community involvement.

Sheri has published various articles and is a co-author of the newly released SHRM publication Got A Minute? The 9 Lessons Every HR Professional Must Learn to be Successful with Dr. Dale Dwyer.

Sheri has her SPHR certification as well as certified in EQ-I and EQ-360 for Emotional Intelligence, also the subject of her first book, Developing Emotional Intelligence In Others with Dr. Linda Gravett.
