Stacey Carroll is the President of HR Experts On-Call. HR Experts On-call provide strategic HR consulting services to business owners and HR professionals. Prior to establishing HR Experts On-Call, Ms. Carroll served as the Director of Professional Services & Education for PayScale. As Director of Professional Services, Stacey created and managed the compensation consulting business for PayScale, a venture-backed SaaS provider of compensation resources to HR and business leaders.  Prior to her  work at PayScale, Stacey spent over 12 years in various positions within Human Resources for Trendwest Resorts, Nordstrom, and Western Washington University. Stacey’s specialty areas in HR include: compensation, benefits, training & development, and strategic human capital management.  She earned her BA and MBA from Western Washington University. Stacey has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Cathy Carothers is Co-Director of Every Mother, Inc., an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and the national project coordinator for the U.S. Health and Human Services initiative, "The Business Case for Breastfeeding." She has coordinated numerous national breastfeeding initiatives for various branches of the federal government, and has provided more than 350 workshops in the field of lactation in every U.S. State and several foreign countries. As the author and lead trainer for the national "Business Case for Breastfeeding" project, she assists businesses with complying with the new federal legislation requiring lactation support for breastfeeding employees.

Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. He has degrees in industrial relations from Cornell University and in labor economics from Oxford where he was a Fulbright Scholar. Professor Cappelli’s recent research examines changes in employment in the U.S. and practical implications for talent management, employee development, and retention. His book Managing the Older Work (with Bill Novelli) from Harvard Business dispels myths about older workers and describes how employers can best engage them.

Dr. Sheri Caldwell received her MBA and Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Toledo.

Sheri is the former Vice-President of Human Resources at Hickory Farms and currently the HR Director at UT Physicians, as well as teaching undergraduate through Ph.D. level HR courses at The University of Toledo, Lourdes College and Sullivan University.

She is a past president of the Toledo Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA) and is on several boards and has received numerous awards for leadership and community involvement.

Mike Byam is the author of The WOW! Workplace, and fourth generation Managing Partner of Terryberry, an international firm that specializes in implementing, and managing employee recognition programs for organizations worldwide. He is a frequent presenter to business groups and HR professionals across the country and consults with organizations ranging from family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies to help them develop effective recognition strategies. Mike enjoys challenging himself as an Ironman triathlete and multi-time marathoner. Michael Burchell, Ed.D. is a consultant, international speaker and author.
