Mark Allen is a consultant and author who specializes in talent management and human resources. He is a professor at Pepperdine University where he serves as Academic Director of the Master of Science in Human Resources program. He is the author of Aha Moments in Talent Management, The Next Generation of Corporate Universities, and The Corporate University Handbook. Adrienne A. Isakovic, Ph.D., has worked in the Middle East for almost 12 years in both government and private sector organizations.
