JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink, a human resources consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN. They serve a wide array of organizations with recruiting, HR consulting, leadership training, and HR outsourcing services.

JoDee serves on the Indiana SHRM State Council and is the chair of the Indiana SHRM conference.

Justin Reinert is an experienced Talent Leader with 20 years of corporate learning experience. He holds an MA in Educating Adults from DePaul University, along with multiple industry leading certifications, including the SHRM-SCP, CPTD, and SPHR. He has led learning at organizations as large as HSBC and Oracle and built award winning learning functions at smaller high-growth firms. He is currently the Founder & Principal of Performance Accelerated Learning, providing executive coaching and bespoke talent development programs across multiple industries. Josh Gottesman is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Orthodox Union. He plays an integral role in all people strategies, global recruitment efforts, professional development activities, and compliance across the organization. He has been a corporate trainer and facilitator for 7+ years and is especially skilled at building effective, productive, and working relationships with client and staff. He has an MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology and HR Management and is a Senior Certified Professional in the Society for Human Resources Management.

Sally Windisch's professional journey highlights her commitment to advancing inclusion, equity, and diversity in the workplace through research and collaboration. As a Researcher at SHRM, Sally collaborates with SHRM Foundation and external stakeholders to bring forward research-based solutions for integrating Untapped Talent Pools into the workforce and supporting their success.

Before joining SHRM, Sally served in a variety of research roles at organizations such as San Diego State University's Action Research on Community Health Equity and Stigma Lab (ARCHES lab) and public health agencies.

Sally graduated from San Diego State University's School of Public Health with an MPH in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science and a BS from California State University East Bay.

Chris has an MS in HR and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.
