Nyle DiMarco, winner of  Dancing with the Stars  and  America’s Next Top Model, empowers audiences to believe they can do and be anything they want in life, no matter the obstacle. 

He won the mirror ball trophy on ABC’s  Dancing with the Stars  (season 22) and was the last model standing on The CW’s America’s Next Top Model  (cycle 22), now Nyle is winning over audiences as an influential leader and ambassador for the deaf community. 

Born into a multigenerational deaf family, he is an honorary spokesperson for Language Equality and Acquisition for Deaf Kids (LEAD-K) and founder of the Nyle DiMarco Foundation, which works to improve the lives of deaf people around the world. Nyle has produced the 2018 return to Broadway of  Children of a Lesser God  starring Joshua Jackson and Lauren Ridloff. Nyle was also a creative collaborator on The ASL App, created by native deaf signers to teach conversational American Sign Language. 

His debut book,  Deaf Utopia: A Memoir and a Love Letter to a Way of Life  (April 2022), tells of his upbringing and how it was utopian in that he was born into a fourth-generation deaf family. DiMarco was an executive producer on Netflix's Oscar-nominated short documentary,  Audible  (2021). 

With a passion for language, literacy and advocacy within the deaf community and beyond, Nyle shares his barrier-breaking story as a deaf man who has risen above stereotypes to take the world by storm. Believing that his deafness is “an asset rather than a limitation,” he builds a bridge between the deaf and hearing by shining a light on not only the struggles, but also the triumphs of the deaf culture. Above all, Nyle shows audiences that with a sense of community, commitment to your goals, and belief in yourself, you can accomplish anything.

Christopher J. Fernandez, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s HR Services and Digital Employee Experiences worldwide team, has been with Microsoft since 2005. He leads global HR teams in developing end-to-end digital strategies across all HR systems, including AI-enabled HR, and oversees HR service delivery worldwide. His responsibilities extend to compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, onboarding, and more.

Before joining Microsoft, Fernandez was a human resource leader at General Motors Corporation. He holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University (MSU) and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Elizabeth Gore is a prominent business leader and humanitarian, known for her contributions in finance, tech, and entrepreneurship. As the co-founder and president of Hello Alice, she is committed to empowering small and medium businesses to achieve equitable access to capital by building the largest community of over 1.4M small business owners. In addition, Elizabeth spent a decade with the United Nations Foundation and currently sits as the emeritus chair on their Global Entrepreneurs Council.

Claire is a public health professional working on the National Safety Council’s workplace wellbeing initiatives. Claire is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating initiatives, such as addressing workplace substance misuse and fatigue. As a Certified Health Education Specialist, Claire also focuses on creating tools to aid employers in addressing substance misuse and other forms of wellbeing safety risk in the workplace. Claire holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in policy and management from the University of Georgia, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in health promotion and behavior.
