Bryan W. Jackson provides subject matter expertise and strategic direction to nonprofit clients. He oversees client engagements, manages projects and designs and facilitates DEI training solutions and assessment services. His expertise is grounded in assessing and developing policies, resources and programs to promote the principles and practices of justice, diversity, equity and inclusion within organizations. Bryan helps senior leaders and boards identify areas of growth related to equitable practices and create facilitated professional development workshops to address these needs. Bryan has worked with the Washington Nationals baseball team and several people-centric municipal agencies in training, operations and leadership capacities.

A full stack marketer and digital branding expert, Atokatha leads Nonprofit HR’s marketing and communication firm-wide strategy and practice. Her 20-plus year career includes experience designing, implementing and promoting data-driven business and growth solutions across the full range of nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Prior to Nonprofit HR, she was Senior Director, Marketing & Digital Community Engagement with the International Economic Development Council. Atokatha has also worked with ICMA, Smithsonian Institution and several other organizations. She has experience in supplier diversity, having built tier I and tier II minority business relations with Fortune 500 companies.

Lorna Hagen is a Human Capital executive with over 20 years of experience focused on building high-performance companies. Today, she is the Chief People Officer at Guild Education. Prior to Guild, she was Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at iHeartMedia where she successfully rebuilt their HR function and transitioned the company to fully remote during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lorna helped lead a successful IPO at OnDeck Capital and lead the organization to 16 “Best Companies to Work For” awards. At Dow Jones, she executed a transformation of their HR technology, team, and work practices inclusive of global compensation, recruitment, learning and development, and benefits administration. As a Latina executive, Lorna is passionate about taking D&I from talk to action and is committed to building equitable career opportunities for all employees.

Robert Rothman is the President of Gap International and has been with the company for more than thirty years. He has been instrumental in building the company to its current size and scope. He is accountable for all facets of operating the business and ensuring the implementation of its strategic objectives. As a consultant, Mr. Rothman is a strategic partner to CEOs and C-level executives in major, multinational organizations where he leads breakthrough growth and performance initiatives. Mr. Rothman’s work with executives includes the development and execution of sustainable growth strategies. It also includes the custom design and delivery of enterprise-wide conferences that produce both mindset shifts and breakthrough actions. Mr. Rothman is a regular speaker at corporate meetings and business events, on such topics as breakthrough thinking, high performance, and leadership. He also leads The Alignment Intensive, which is one of Gap International's premier programs for senior executives and their teams. Mr. Rothman received a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and completed the Kellogg School of Management’s Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University.
