Kim has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching since 2014. After dealing with chronic pain and mental health issues, she knew that it was the power of breath, movement, and presence that would lead to her healing. She completed her 300-hour advanced training in 2017 in South Florida and currently teaches at Wild Heart Yoga in Austin, TX. Other trainings include Core-Strength Vinyasa, Thai Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Transcendental Meditation. Students can expect Kim to teach from a place of intuition and authenticity, infusing her classes with breath-work, mindfulness, and an opportunity to show up exactly where you are on your path towards better health and your Highest Self.

Andre Bradford, a.k.a. S.C. Says, is an Austin based slam poet who has been performing slam poetry since 2013. He's toured and featured at venues and universities across the country, and his work has been featured in the Huffington Post, Write About Now, The Edge radio, The Culture Trip, and Blavity. He is a two time Austin Poetry Slam Champion, a three time Texas Grand Slam Finalist, and is the author of the upcoming book Golden Brown Skin. He also once popped a bag of popcorn without burning a single kernel, which is arguably one of his greatest achievements. 

His poetry covers a gamut of topics ranging from being mixed race, to gun control, to mental health awareness, to never settling in relationships. Slam poetry is an art form he loves due to its raw vulnerability and its ability to cultivate transparency and dialogues into many different walks of life.

Kathryn Carroll (she/her/hers) is a lawyer currently based in Albany, NY. She has a B.A. in International Studies from American University and a J.D. from St. John’s University. She has worked extensively in disability rights policy-making and analysis at the international, national, state, and local levels. She works for the Association on Aging in New York and as an independent contractor to other non-profits. She loves acquiring new skills, has probably not yet seen whatever latest TV show you are thinking of, and enjoys organizing among poor and disabled people. She volunteers in numerous ways, including recently becoming a Mentor with the Disability EmpowHer Network. She is extremely grateful for all of the laughs provided by Spongebob Squarepants and Adventure Time!

LaRaven Gaymon is a 24 year old old recent college graduate, born and raised in the District Of Columbia. Her passion is fighting for equity for people with disabilities in every facet of life. In her words, "The disabled community is one of the biggest populations and I refuse to let us be forgotten about. My major in criminal justice has made me want to fight even harder than before because I can’t stand any form of injustice whether it is disability-related or not (although as previously mentioned, disability injustice is a huge tackle point for me)." Currently, she works as an Intern at the Department of Forensic Sciences. In her spare time, she loves eating chicken burritos and shopping for more clothes that she doesn't need.

EBONY BLAKE is a native of Dayton, OH and a graduate of Wright State University.  Most recently, she opened the San Francisco production of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child at the Curran Theatre.  Her regional theatre appearances include Little Shop of Horrors (Portland Center Stage), Black Nativity (Classical Theatre of Harlem), and Nefertiti: A Concert of Music and Dance (alongside the Deeply Rooted Dance Theater).  Ebony’s favorite job was traveling across the U.S. in the first national tour of the musical, The Book of Mormon, written by the creators of South Park. She’s an avid reader, loves to make her husband snort-laugh, and she thinks she could be on Jeopardy, but is probably more suited for Family Feud.
