Hi there! My name is Hope Carr, and I am the Education Manager at Austin Zoo! My role is to educate the public on just how amazing the animals here are, and to teach people what we can do to protect and conserve their wild counterparts. I have a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Conservation from BYU, and have worked at two other zoos in my career thus far. I have a passion for all things animal-related and the great outdoors! 

Ms. Usmani joined the J-1 Visa Team in August 2021. Since 2017, Jeena served SHRM members and staff in several roles, such as the Customer Care Representative and Accounts Receivables Assistant. Jeena brings to the team excellent customer service skills, knowledge of SHRM membership base, international experience, and cross-cultural awareness. Jeena was born in Afghanistan and speaks Dari, Pashto, Hindi, Urdu, and Spanish. She graduated from a high school in Baton Rouge. LA, and holds a SHRM Essentials of Human Resources Certificate.

As Executive VP, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Sony Music Group, Tiffany works to expand equity and inclusion activities and policies across all Sony Music Group's (SMG) global recorded music, publishing and corporate divisions, reporting directly to SMG Chairman Rob Stringer. 

Previously, as the Senior VP, Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group, Tiffany oversaw a team of 25+ Chief Diversity Officers and Directors focused on Omnicom-wide change efforts through the award-winning Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN) for the support, advancement and retention of top performing talent inclusive of women, people of color and LGBTQ+ professionals.

Recognized as a leader in the field of diversity, Tiffany is a talent strategist with 24+ years of championing diverse professionals in the creative industries. In 2005, she founded ADCOLOR, which has launched the ADCOLOR Conference, Awards, FUTURES program and ADCOLOR in Music. As Founder and President of ADCOLOR, she has been widely recognized for the progress and direction the creative industries have taken around diversity, equity & inclusion.

Daisy Auger-Domínguez has made it her mission to make workplaces more equitable and inclusive. As the Chief People Officer at VICE Media Group, Daisy leads a global team responsible for people operations, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and corporate social responsibility practices. Her TEDx talk Inclusion Revolution and upcoming book with Seal Press by the same title calls on everyone to take on the work of dismantling inequity in the workplace.

Auger-Domínguez has designed, led and scaled organizational transformations at Moody's Investors Service, The Walt Disney Company, Google, and Viacom, and founded Auger-Domínguez Ventures, a workplace culture consultancy. A dynamic speaker, writer and advisor, Daisy serves on the boards of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Brooklyn Children’s Museum, Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, and St. Ann’s Warehouse.
