Damon Jones leads efforts to ensure the world’s leading CPG company is force for good and a force for growth. Leveraging P&G’s significant industry influence and convening power, he drives a broad portfolio of communications and advocacy efforts aimed at achieving equality for women, people of color, members of the LGBT+ community and other under-represented groups.

 He leads a team responsible for P&G’s corporate communications, digital and social media, stakeholder engagement and crisis management.  Beyond his advocacy leadership at the world’s largest advertiser, Jones drives collaboration on topics on equity and inclusion across the Fortune 500 through efforts such as CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, Take on Race and the Executive Leadership Council’s Gamechanger Initiative.

Tim Storey is the Executive Director of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) with offices in Denver, Colorado and Washington, D.C. NCSL's mission is to serve America's state legislatures and the legislatures of the U.S. territories. NCSL is dedicated to strengthening the legislative institution, helping legislators and legislative staff make connections with each other to exchange ideas and best practices and representing the states with the federal government.

Tim has spent the past 30 years working for and studying legislatures--specializing in the areas of elections, redistricting, legislative organization and leadership. During his tenure at NCSL, he has participated in, and led, more than two dozen, in-depth studies of legislative operations. And, he has consulted with, and conducting training for parliaments around the world. Tim staffed NCSL's Redistricting and Elections Committee for twenty years authoring numerous articles and papers on the topics of redistricting and elections.

For two decades, he led NCSL's effort, StateVote, to collect and analyze state election results. He led NCSL's State Services Division prior to being hired as NCSL's third Executive Director in June of 2019. During that time, he overhauled NCSL's services to legislative leaders and professional development portfolio. Born and raised in western North Carolina, Tim attended Mars Hill College and received his MA from the University of Colorado. Tim lives in Wheat Ridge, Colorado with his amazing wife Amy, and their three pretty-darn-good kids: Caroline, Will and Erin.

Cathy McMorris Rodgers is Eastern Washington’s chief advocate in Congress and a rising star in American politics. Since first being elected to the House in 2004, she has earned the trust of her constituents and praise on Capitol Hill for her hard work, conservative principles, bipartisan outreach, and leadership to get results for Eastern Washington. As someone who grew up on an orchard and fruit stand in Kettle Falls, Washington, worked at her family’s small business, and later became a wife and working mom of three, Cathy has lived the American Dream, and she works every day to rebuild that Dream for our children and grandchildren.

Cathy served as Chair of the House Republican Conference from 2012 to 2018. Cathy was the 200th woman ever elected to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Starting at the age of 22, she has worked for every major US Spanish-language broadcasting network: Telemundo, Univision, AmericaTeve, MegaTV, and CNN en Español. 

Salazar was born in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood, the daughter of Cuban exiles. She studied at the Deerborne School of Coral Gables and graduated from Miami Dade College. Salazar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Miami and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Congresswoman Salazar currently resides in Coral Gables with her two daughters, Nicoletta and Martina.

Sarah Chamberlain's passion for pragmatic politics and women's engagement drives her to wear many hats. As President and CEO of the Republican Main Street Partnership, Sarah runs an organization that supports the governing wing of the Republican Party in Congress. She is the only woman in the country who’s the CEO of a major Republican organization. Additionally, as the President and Founder of the Women2Women National Conversation Tour, Sarah has become one of the most prominent national voices calling for women to raise their voices on issues that matter most to them while educating them on how decisions being made for the country are affecting their own lives.

Born in upstate New York, she received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and received her master’s degree from the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard University. From there, she came to Washington, D.C. to work for Republican Main Street Partnership and its founder Rep. Amory Houghton Jr., a former CEO of the Corning Glass Company and six-term member of Congress. Sarah has since built the Republican Main Street Partnership from the fledgling organization founded in 1997 into a thriving network of over 50 Members of Congress who share Sarah’s commitment to conservative, solution-oriented governing.

Sarah serves on the Board of Directors of the Women Campaign School at Yale University, is a National Capital Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and sits on the Wall Street Journal CEO Council. Her written work has been featured in the Washington Post, The Hill, U.S. News & World Report, and she is a contributor for Forbes. Sarah was chosen by CQ Roll Call as a 2017 Rising Star and was featured as one of Elle Magazine’s 10 Women in Washington in 2017.
