As an Autistic ADHD-er with a history of mental illness, Kristin is channeling her extensive lived experience to drive change from within the corporate world, where she leads a grant-funded initiative to build a neuroinclusion and suicide prevention program for the rail construction industry.

Kristin is a proud Board Member with DiverseMinds for neurodivergent women and girls; certified in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills); a trained Mental Health First Aider; and an engaging facilitator of the LEGO Serious Play methodology.
